As a director of the Sydney Turf Club, I and three of my fellow directors are facing motions, requisitioned by 5% of the membership, to be removed as directors of the club.
If you are a member of the Sydney Turf Club, I am seeking your support and encouraging you to attend the extraordinary general meeting to be held on Monday 17th January 2011 at 7.30pm in the Galaxies Room, Canterbury Park Racecourse and support the "no" vote for the removal of the directors.
If you are unable to attend, or you are not a member, I ask that you forward this message to your family, friends, or colleagues that may be members, and encourage their attendance at the meeting.
