1.2 Your access to this website is subject to these terms and conditions, the Matrium Privacy Policy Statement, notices, disclaimers any other terms and conditions or other statements contained on this website, and, if you use any of the services identified on this website for which additional or alternative terms and conditions are referred to, those additional terms and conditions for those other services (referred to collectively as "Terms of Use"). By accessing, viewing or otherwise using this website, you agree to be subject to these Terms of Use.
1.3 Matrium may, at its sole discretion, vary or modify these Terms of Use without notice. Any subsequent access to, or use by you of the website will constitute an acceptance of those modifications.

3) Linking to Matrium Site
3.1 Your site must not contain any material that disparages Matrium or its goods and services.
3.2 Your site must not contain the following:

• Instructions on the manufacture and/or use of illegal drugs, or other dangerous materials

4) Use of Comments Section and Social Media Functions within this site
4.1 Some sections of this website may include functions to allow members of the public to leave comments (including but not limited to text, images, links or videos) by using their own social media profiles. If you use these functions, you agree to be bound by the Matrium’s Socials Media Terms outlined below
4.2 We use social media (which may include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WeChat) to provide news, education, offers, and support to our customers and communities.
4.3 We moderate content to remove inappropriate, defamatory, misleading or potentially offensive comments, or posts by fake accounts. These Terms of Use apply to anyone who would like to comment, post, reply, tag, mention, message or contribute on our social media pages.
4.4 We feel all visitors to our social media pages should feel respected and safe, so we may moderate any contributions you make on our social media pages to remove inappropriate content. When making your contributions, please:
• Be respectful of others’ comments and views.
• Use considerate and appropriate language.
• Don’t make remarks that are defamatory, disparaging, abusive, offensive, attacking, violent, threatening or use profanities.
• Don’t post images, videos, quotes or other media that are offensive, or belong to others. Please note that infringement on any party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights, or right of publicity or privacy is strictly prohibited and is your sole responsibility.
• Don’t make negative comments in relation to the portrayal of any group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, sexual preference, religion or disability.
• Don’t solicit for your business or cause.
• Don’t share links or material that may cause security breaches.
4.5 We reserve the right to remove any comments, images, videos, gifs, links or other contributions solely at our discretion, including those which are:
• inaccurate, misleading or a misrepresentation • over-sharing, or a breach of your or someone else’s confidentiality, privacy or security, such as sharing information including passwords.
• defamatory, disparaging, abusive, offensive, attacking, violent, threatening or use profanities, or vilifying of others, including Matrium or our staff
• subject to legal, regulatory or ombudsman proceedings
• repeated statements, attempts to flood the page, or otherwise disrupt other visitors’ access to our support
• off-topic or unrelated to the conduct of our business or our customers’ queries
• otherwise not in the spirit of these guidelines or causing undue concern or discomfort to our visitors.
If you repeatedly behave on our social media pages in a way that breaches these guidelines, or our Website Terms and Conditions or Australian laws, we reserve the right to block and/or report you to the social media platform and to other authorities at our sole discretion without notice, including law enforcement if necessary.
5) No Alteration
5.1 You agree not to transfer, or attempt to transfer, any material, viruses or code to the Matrium site that could cause damage or harm to the site or in any way impede the security of Matrium's site. You may not attempt to alter the Matrium site. In some sections of this website you may be able to use functions to leave comments and other contributions.
6) Additional Terms
6.1 In addition to the other terms outlined in this agreement, any link from your site to Matrium’s site is subject to your site complying with the following conditions:
• You must comply with all relevant laws in any applicable jurisdiction
• Your site must not replicate the content of the Matrium site
• You must not frame any part of Matrium's site • Your link must be made in good faith and must not be established in a way that blocks or prevents the display of any part of Matrium's website
• You must not mistakenly imply that Matrium endorses your product, service or organisation.
7) Disclaimer
7.1 To the extent permitted by law, Matrium will not be liable for any loss or damage from any cause (including negligence) to your site and system, or to people linking to us from your site(s), caused by or in connection with your link to Matrium's site. If you create a link to Matrium's site, you remain fully responsible for any consequences of that link, whether direct or indirect and you will protect Matrium against all loss, damage, liability, cost or expense arising from or in connection with the link.
8) Indemnity
8.1 You agree to indemnify Matrium and keep it indemnified against all actions, claims, costs, demands, damages or liability arising in any manner from a breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
9) Changes to this Agreement
9.1 Matrium may change the terms of this agreement and the logo at any time and solely at its discretion. If possible, Matrium will try to notify you of any such changes
10) Termination Agreement / Removal of Link and Logo
10.1 Matrium reserves the right, solely at its discretion, to request removal of your link at any time. It also reserves the right to review your link, pursuant to which you agree to provide any necessary passwords.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect and store include, but are not limited to, names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including, but not limited to, by correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.matrium.com.au, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We do not guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and for marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. Matrium Technologies will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
